Knightscope is pioneering the future of Physical Security and Public Safety with our cutting-edge Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs) and Emergency Communications Devices (ECDs). As a rapidly growing, newly public company, we're looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and motivated Senior Manager to join our Client Experience (CX) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the client experience across a multitude of touch points. You will assist with providing extensive cost and revenue research and data for both CX & Service, generating the building blocks for various critical reports to be built in tandem with the CX SVP. You will also serve as a CX liaison to our Accounting team to ensure they have the information they need, including attending meetings and collaborating on due diligence and support Accounting research. With respect to CX Sales Engineering oversight, you must be the kind of person that is willing to visit strategic client sites in person anywhere in the United States as well as have a consistent in-person presence at our Silicon Valley headquarters. The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving on the go.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee Client Experience Sales Engineering & CX projects and initiatives
- Manage and optimize Hubspot database for accurate reporting and tracking
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership for key business decisions
- Develop and deliver solution-based strategic CX presentations
- Conduct effective negotiations with clients, ensuring successful outcomes
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
- Attend senior leadership meetings with nationwide service providers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years in a Client Experience Management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar service ticketing platforms preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Willingness to travel to strategic client sites across the U.S. and maintain a regular in-office presence at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.
