Job Overview:
Work alongside the Director of Utility and Technical Services to help manage large scale solar field construction projects across the country. Lead efforts for projects such as procurement, billing, invoicing and budgets.

Requires a motivated, decisive individual with the ability to work within the constraints of scope, time and cost with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate can work well in a project team and can communicate technically with other team members. In addition, the following abilities are desired:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
On-site travel nationwide 50%; remote home office set up

- Capable of planning and managing numerous channels of communication.
- Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reporting high-level construction project updates, deadlines and milestones
- Tracking projects to ensure they stay within budget and on-time
- POC for Field Managers and Technicians working on solar field construction projects
- Vast understanding of the solar or utility industry for proper construction code protocol
- Five or more years of related experience
- Efficient with MS Excel/MS Office suite
- Experience with ProCor, SalesForce, ERP/CRM experience of some sort for invoicing, billing, documentation
- Solar construction experience preferred, in consideration would be industrial construction or utility electrical background
