Job Summary: The Strategic Pricing Analyst is a key role designed to support the business in driving profitable growth. This role focuses on setting market-based prices, preventing default to markup management, and ensuring leaders have actionable data to drive decision-making and results. The Analyst will work collaboratively across the organization, particularly with the service sales leaders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze data to establish effective pricing of products for Zuggit.
  • Maintain KPIs on a regular cadence to drive excellent decision making with respect to the pricing, supply, and sale of Zuggits' products.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting and provide updates and insights as needed.
  • Assist the Account Management team in analyzing customer profitability to identify corrective actions to improve margins.
  • Facilitate the price increase process for annual increases with all non-FSC service customers to maintain margins against cost increases in the business.
  • Maintain new business tracking compared to the latest forecasts.
  • Assist in month-end reporting related to service operations as assigned.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes related to service sales.
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed, specifically related to FJX and invoicing protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, accounting, data science or another related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategic pricing, data analytics or other similar data analytical functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and strong advanced math aptitude.
  • Ability to create visual data trends and analysis to produce clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in conflict resolution and labor dispute management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and collaborate across the business.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work at advanced levels in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
