The Sr. Network Plan/Architect position will be responsible for network implementation and support. This individual will drive the design, implementation, operation, and enhancement of our network, enabling seamless connectivity and a superior end-user experience. The Sr. Network Plan/Architect must possess exceptional knowledge of standards and protocols.
Take full ownership of the network, from planning and documentation to operation and support. This individual must achieve L3: Arista Cloud Engineer within six months of onboarding and achieve L5: Arista within eighteen months of onboarding.

Sr. Network Engineering Analyst Responsibilities:
- Researching networking requirements; prepares detailed architectural and installation plans.
- Conducting internal studies of network performance and traffic analysis.
- Researching problems, conducts cable and equipment installations, and evaluates new technologies.
- Supporting network architecture consultants by preparing detailed specifications and documentation from high-level designs.
- Planning, researching, evaluating, designing and developing network systems by applying engineering, hardware and software design theories and principles to develop a compatible system infrastructure in line with organization strategies.
- Requiring working knowledge and experience in own job discipline.
- Working to broaden own capabilities by continuing to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
- Performing a range of assignments using guidelines or policies.
- Analyzing and solving straightforward problems as they occur but typically requires guidance on complex or unusual problems.
- Receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction from more experienced team members.
- Owning data integration strategy and standars, data quality, and date stewardship.
- Working closely with others in the department to turn data into information and functions as an integrator between business needs and technology.

- Minimum 5 years of related experience Required
- Strong understanding of network design, architecture, and topologies (e.g., LAN, WAN, VPN). Ability to design and implement network solutions based on business needs.
- Expertise in routing and switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and VLANs. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices and platforms
- Strong understanding of IP addressing schemes (IPv4, IPv6) and subnetting concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how networking integrates with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks (WLAN, Wi-Fi protocols, etc.)
