Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. As an FP&A Manager, you will provide key insights to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide financial insights and support in decision-making.
  • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide business strategy and help drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and recommendations for action.
  • Manage financial planning processes, including long-term strategic planning, annual budgets, and periodic reforecasts.
  • Support business units with detailed financial analysis, helping to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with accounting and other internal teams to ensure alignment between financial statements and forecasts.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial analysis techniques, reporting tools, and ERP systems (experience with PowerBI preferred).
  • Proven ability to present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner to business unit and department leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams.
