Job Summary
The VP of Food & Beverage and Entertainment is responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage strategy and operations across the organization's portfolio, ensuring profitability, consistency, and alignment with the company's overarching business goals. This role provides visionary leadership for all culinary and service aspects, focusing on innovation, brand alignment, operational efficiency, and guest experience at a corporate level. The VP of Food & Beverage also ensures that all business units are operating in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and health & safety guidelines.
Education & Experience
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage management, ideally within a hospitality group or multi-property environment.
Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and corporate decision-making at an executive level.
Previous experience in leading large, complex operations with a focus on financial performance and guest satisfaction.
Strong background in driving innovation, implementing operational efficiencies, and leading change management.
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
Deep knowledge of food service trends, culinary arts, and beverage management.
Extensive experience in P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Physical Requirements
Long hours are sometimes required.
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Occasional travel required to oversee operations across multiple locations or regions.
Ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions and present recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.
