Description:
The Project Designer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project designs
- Developing creative design concepts for projects
- Preparing presentations and design drawings
- Create the plans and specifications of the project and ensure that it meets all applicable codes and regulations
- Work with the project owner to understand their vision and develop a design that meets those needs
- Manage projects with an ability to collaborate with a team of engineers or architects to ensure they complete the project on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- 5 to 10 years of professional working experience
- Licensure preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
- Ability to work independently on architectural design projects
