Business Banking Support Mgr
The Business Banking Support Manager oversees the daily activities of the business banking support & implementation team through achievement of business objectives, development and implementation of process improvements, and training and developing associates for high performance. As a subject matter expert in business banking, this job includes responsibility for documenting business banking center procedures and participates in strategic initiatives specific to the business banking center.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coaches and develops business banking center associates for high performance including providing an exceptional customer experience as well as the product/process knowledge needed to effectively consult with clients.
  • Ensures associates have a high level of engagement and understand the strategic vision and mission of the business banking center and how they individually contribute to success.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments (risk, legal, marketing, retail banking operations) to correct issues identified through customer contact/feedback or other internal reviews.
  • Comprehends more advanced or infrequent client, system, or procedural issues and provide necessary guidance for timely resolution .
  • Escalates matters involving monetary risk exposure (i.e., improper approvals, suspicious requests, etc.) to the appropriate associate/approver per organizational charts and approval matrices.
  • Recommends procedural, security, and other changes or improvements to benefit the overall departmental objectives.
  • Maintains expertise on all current treasury management system, product, and service features, functionality, and pricing so that all related client inquiries and reported issues can be responded to quickly and accurately.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial treasury management, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products, services, and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using treasury management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


This position is Hybrid which requires working in the office four days per week, with one flexible day to work remotely.
