The Business Management Team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the IBA group (Aviation, Infra Energy, RE&H, Global Trade, ASF, DCM, SECM, US & Canada Coverage & Advisory).
The Business Management Team's missions are structured around three pillars:
Business Strategy and Monitoring Business Support and Oversight Transversal Projects and Coordination
The Associate/Vice-President-level Business Manager will be based in New York and will report to the Head of Business Management IBA. He/she/they will assist in the day-to-day activities of the Team across the three pillars.

The salary range for this position will be between $150,000 - 170,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

He/she/they will have the following responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Monitoring:
- Assist in the operational implementation of IBA Strategy in cooperation with the Business Lines
- Monitor the execution of the strategy, provide management reporting and presentations
- Contribute to IBA performance monitoring on a weekly and monthly basis (fees, NBI, deal pipeline, etc.)
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and annual Budget processes
- Contribute to improving commercial activity monitoring, in coordination with other groups (e.g. CCO)
- Provide support on business development and transformation initiatives
- Prepare management presentations
Business Support and Oversight:
- Provide day-to-day operational support to business lines on transaction-related topics
- Operational efficiency and data quality: Identify inefficiencies in BLs organization and processes, define and implement remediation or action plan.
- Issue resolution: monitor and escalate onboarding, IT, operational issues, and coordinate with teams from control and support functions to solve
- Compliance and regulatory: ensure the business is carried out in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with upcoming audits, compliance reviews, regulatory changes etc.
- Communication: coordinate internal (Town Halls, team-building...) and external events
- Marketing: optimize, streamline and upgrade IBA Marketing materials and process (pitches, league tables etc.)
Transversal Projects and Coordination:
- Lead intra-IBA projects or initiatives.
- Contribute to platform or global transversal projects.
- Technology/Digital: leverage any local or global Techno/Digital initiatives enabling support of the business strategy and increase operational efficiency
- Provide IBA and BLs management with automated monitoring dashboards (Singular / Nat1, Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI, etc.).
