What You Get to Do
Lender Services
- Conduct site visits, review contractor pay applications, and ensure project adherence to schedule and budget.
- Review project draw packages, including invoices and change orders, to assess funding readiness.
- Prepare reports on the completeness, accuracy, and findings of project documentation for lenders.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project budgets, and complete tasks as assigned by the Director.
Infrastructure Advisory
- Prepare technical advisory reports covering project description, risk assessment, contract review, and permitting requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews of geotechnical, environmental, and archaeological site conditions, along with design and schedule evaluations.
- Analyze construction and operational costs, including benchmarking, payment mechanisms, and replacement scenario analyses.
- Support rating agency analyses, attend project meetings, and assist with proposals and inspections.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- University Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related experience
- Having sector experience in residential, commercial or industrial projects is considered a strong asset.
- Working towards a relevant professional qualification
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative.
- Responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests.
- Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work to own initiatives.
- Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work with good time management.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Hold a valid drivers license.
