YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

As an Associate Portfolio Manager, your role is an engaging blend of:

• Asset Management - You are an expert on your Neighborhood financials, and you know just what it takes for your Neighborhoods to be successful! You will recommend, review and present updates on budgets, contracts, and invoices with key stakeholders, making every detail (and dollar) count.
• Multi-Site Management - The Associate Portfolio Manager is responsible for all property management operations. You'll frequently visit each Neighborhood to ensure your sites are in tip-top shape and meeting all the established standards. You'll also help identify current and future Neighborhood needs and oversee all capital projects.
• Leadership - You lead by example and show our Prometheans that tomorrow matters. By working closely with each Neighborhood and executive leaders, you will support your teams with getting the resources they need. As their leader, you will help recruit, train and grow your teams. Their success is your success, and your passion for coaching and communication will help our Prometheans thrive.
• Marketing - Working with your stakeholders and fellow industry leaders, you'll become the expert on current property management trends. You'll analyze data, make suggestions and oversee the implementation of marketing that makes our Neighborhoods feel like HOME!

HERE'S MORE OF THE NITTY-GRITTY

• Your Experience - You should bring a passion for working in Property Management and have at least four years of supervisory property management experience. We are looking for someone who has experience with working with asset management, managing capital projects, and leading teams.

• Your Education - A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We offer a variety of benefits that take compensation well beyond a paycheck. This includes traditional benefits and benefits you might not expect or know about. The provided salary range is based on a number of factors, including location, job-related skills, experience and qualifications.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $121,400.00 to $148,700.00 per year
• Discretionary Annual Bonus Plan
