Job Description:
St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering a 7-on / 7-off schedule, providing a balanced work-life routine while delivering exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU
Perform procedures such as intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, and ventilator management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and advanced practice providers
Participate in daily ICU rounds, admissions, and consultations
Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in CA
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
