We are looking for a passionate " Senior Software Engineer - Front End" to technically lead & contribute to design, build, test, deploy and operate features in production. This person will collaborate with a multi-functional group to deliver next generation innovations and experiences. We're working on Microsoft Teams - modern collaboration and productivity hub for the workspace ( https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-teams ). Microsoft Teams brings together real time audio/video conferencing solutions, chat and Office 365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and OneNote and integrates them in one product creating smooth user experience.
Microsoft Teams is built using cutting edge technology leveraging best from Microsoft Research, open source and Azure cloud. Using short development cycles, we ship incremental updates to our customers, collect feedback and metrics and through that iteratively improve the product.

Responsibilities:
- D eliver best in class solutions to our customers,
- W ork closely with Program Managers and Designers to create engineering plans including timeframes , milestones and quality, reliability and performance goals,
- C ollaborate across broader team to identify dependencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for re-use or efficiency improvements,
- O wn scenarios end-to-end and maintain high level of quality, reliability and performance.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, OR React
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience developing with React.
- 2 + years of demonstrable experience in leading large feature s.
- Solid communication skills.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with commercial product development with strong focus on user experiences.
