Weekend Baylor RN - Home Health (Full-Time, Fri-Mon)

Are you a dedicated RN looking for a rewarding career in home health? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Baylor RN to join our home health team in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. This full-time position requires availability from Friday to Monday and offers a flexible schedule between both counties.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, Friday - Monday
• Salary: $85,000 per year

Qualifications:

• RN License (active and in good standing)
• 1 year of skilled home health experience using OASIS preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible to travel between Charlotte & Sarasota Counties

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes
• Complete thorough assessments and OASIS documentation
• Develop, implement, and revise care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and self-management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
