Rainmaker Technology Corporation, a leader in innovative cloud seeding solutions, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
    • Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
    • Communication: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly; draft and review correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Information Collation: Gather and synthesize information from internal teams and external customers to provide clear and actionable updates for the CEO.
    • Document Preparation: Assist in drafting strategy documents, reports, and presentations as directed by the CEO.
    • Travel Coordination: Arrange and accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips, with availability to travel for extended periods as needed.
    • Task Fulfillment: Handle daily errands and tasks essential to the CEO's responsibilities and company operations.
    • Stakeholder Support: Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-ups.


$80,000 - $130,000 a year
