About the Role:
In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of warehousing, distribution, and logistics, ensuring seamless inbound material flow, efficient storage, and timely distribution to our customers. As part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you'll develop key metrics, drive cost efficiencies, and present insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team to manage inbound and outbound logistics effectively
- Oversee freight management, negotiations, and cost control strategies
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance FDA, cGMP)
- Collaborate with Operations to support production with timely material movement
- Partner with Inventory Control to maintain 100% accuracy in put-away and picking strategies
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with procurement, planning, and account management to ensure on-time receipt and shipments
- Develop and present key operational metrics to leadership
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing operations
- Expertise in freight negotiations, logistics management, and process optimization
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE500 a plus) and strong analytical skills
- Proven track record in cost reduction strategies and execution
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - advanced skills a plus
- Experience in nutritional supplements or food manufacturing is highly desired
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering preferred
