Position Summary:
In the position of Sr. Director Digital Transformation FICO, you will lead and drive the transformation of our financial systems through the implementation of SAP S/4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The Finance Sr. Director will work closely with Information Technology (IT), operations, and external consultants to ensure that SAP ERP is effectively integrated into the company's financial ecosystem, driving efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

In the position of Sr. Director Digital Transformation FICO, you will lead and drive the transformation of our financial systems through the implementation of SAP S/4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The Finance Sr. Director will work closely with Information Technology (IT), operations, and external consultants to ensure that SAP ERP is effectively integrated into the company's financial ecosystem, driving efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Finance and Controlling (FICO) department aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a transformation program roadmap, setting clear milestones and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Provide strategic direction for financial data integration, process redesign, and system optimization in SAP S/4 ERP.
- Act as the primary liaison between business finance, IT, and other cross functional departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on SAP implementation. Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and results.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of SAP S/4 ERP solutions to meet the financial management needs of the organization, including modules such as SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling). Ensure SAP solutions are aligned with financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and drive process improvements across finance functions (e.g., accounting, budgeting, financial reporting) through SAP ERP automation. Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems within the finance team. Evaluate post-implementation performance, identify issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure SAP ERP is capable of delivering real-time, accurate financial data for decision-making, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee the alignment of SAP with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Monitor and ensure data security, privacy, and financial reporting accuracy across the new ERP system.
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that the project is executed efficiently within allocated financial resources. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right mix of internal expertise and external support to meet project milestones.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, potential roadblocks, and issues, working to resolve them in a timely manner. Develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges that may arise during the transformation process.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/Technical/Finance/IT/ Engineering
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Process Mapping, Project Management
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in SAP Finance (AP, AR, GL, AA, MM)
- Computer Skills Desired: SAP finance (AP, AR, GL, AA, MM), SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Vistex, OpenText, Fiori applications,
- EDI processing, SAP Cloud Integration Suite, or SAP PI/PO
- Preferred Certifications: SAP
