Reporting to the Global SalesDirector, you will be responsible for leading an effective account strategy todrive profitable growth whilst managing complex relationships with the accountand internal Croda teams.

Whowe're looking for:
- Significant prior experience leading a global and complex key account within the Consumer Care market, especially within Personal Care
- Good understanding of speciality chemical products within Personal Care and a strong appreciation of innovation and R&D processes with a passion for sustainability.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, good conversion and sales growth in large, complex global accounts.
- Highly collaborative and able to work productively with regional and local sales teams to provide a conjoined approach to customer queries and innovation pipelines
- Strategic capability to engage and influence at senior levels both internally and externally with customer leadership teams. Able to develop strategic solutions to global issues
- High level of authenticity to promote Croda's Purpose and culture. A passion for continuous improvement and clear customer focus.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead the global key account strategy plan for the customer ensuring close alignment with internal and external teams to deliver on targets
- Develop senior level customer contacts in multiple regions with the objective of growing profitable sales.
- Ensure effective support from regional sales teams ensuring all activities are aligned with the global account strategy.
- Be viewed as the go-to person for the Key Account both internally and within the customer, representing Croda at the customer's corporate level on global issues.
- Lead an integral part of the strategic planning process which determines the business strategy over a 1-3 year period and translate sector strategies and KPIs into plans at global accounts
- Hold responsibility for the pricing policies which are then implemented regionally
- Act as a point of escalation for local/regional sales teams related to the Key Account and ensure effective resolution.
- Report regularly on emerging market trends and the resulting opportunities as well as the threats as they arise at the selected accounts across the regions.
- Liaise with all necessary Croda functions to ensure all requirements (customer & Croda) are fulfilled.
Additional Information
- This role can be offered on a remote / hybrid basis; however preference would be close to our innovation centres or sales offices, both in US (preference for New Jersey) and EU.
