Position Summary: Develops and manages credit relationships with high net-worth individuals, corporations and partnerships to provide credit, deposit, investment and fiduciary services.

Close visual acuity and the ability to adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform activities such as, viewing a computer monitor or written materials and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.

Essential Job Functions:
- Reviews individual account relationships to determine opportunities to provide credit, deposit and investment services.
- Develops client-referral sources and initiates contact with prospects to develop credit, deposit and investment relationships.
- Develops and implements action plans to develop new client and referral relationships and to broaden existing client relationships. Assuring that each client has the proper access to appropriate solutions regardless of delivery channel.
- Participates in the development of new solutions to client needs, brings in other FineMark experts when appropriate and ensures smooth delivery of new services.
- Analyzes, prepares and presents credit requests.
- Negotiates credit terms, such as interest rates, fees, etc.
- Ensures that loan requests are thoroughly analyzed and are properly prepared in accordance with the bank's lending policy.
- Supervises loan process to ensure timely closings and client satisfaction.
- Manages existing portfolio to include covenant compliance, past dues, document deficiencies and timely renewals.
- Promotes bank culture with staff and provides coaching as necessary to ensure culture is top priority.
- Utilizes client contact system (Salesforce).
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
- Seven to ten years of experience developing commercial, residential and consumer credit relationships, preferably in a private-client or wealth management environment, is required.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and credit products usually acquired through formal credit training, education and experience is required to enhance client relationships.
- Knowledge of, or have the ability to acquire knowledge of, investment and trust solutions as well as general financial consulting is necessary to expand relationships.
- Must have the demonstrated ability to underwrite personal loan transactions such as unsecured lines of credit, equity credit lines, residential mortgages and provide loans secured by securities.
- Must have the ability to underwrite commercial loan transactions such as business and commercial real estate loans.
