Working Hours: Primarily 8-5 pm; may require some morning or evening meetings.
Summary:
Oversight and responsibility of system pharmacy operations including clinical, financial, and personnel. Direct line reporting for pharmacy leadership of 12 hospitals, ambulatory services, and 340B program, antimicrobial stewardship program, and system pharmaceutical inventory management. Responsible for overall quality of services provided, employee engagement and retention, financial oversight, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Other information:
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy or equivalent.
Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Arkansas.
In good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum of five years experience in hospital pharmacy management is required. Un dose, IV admixture, and computer skills preferred.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
