High-growth startup revolutionizing the aerospace industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Hot off a successful Series B and charging toward their next round of funding, this is an incredibly exciting phase of growth and innovation for this 100-person team. As the CEO's right hand, you will proactively manage a dynamic calendar, ensuring that the Executive stays focused on top priorities while maintaining a balance between work and personal well-being. You'll coordinate travel logistics, elevate meetings through thorough preparation and briefings, and assist with communications. You will also provide light personal coordination support. Someone who is a strategic, detail-obsessed, and proactive thinker who will anticipate needs, and is comfortable representing the CEO to visitors and guests. This is a primarily in-office role based in Playa Vista with flexibility when the Executive is traveling. 130-160K+ DOE + equity, 100% healthcare coverage for employees & dependents, 401k with matching, generous PTO, parking, and lunch provided every day.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's dynamic calendar, ensuring time is allocated for priorities, meetings, and personal needs.
- Handle inbox triage and email management, with the potential for greater access and autonomy over time.
- Coordinate travel logistics and provide detailed itineraries for both domestic and international trips, including booking flights, accommodations, reservations, and transportation.
- Prepare for meetings by gathering bios and stakeholder information, and managing visitor logistics.
- Act as a presence for the CEO when visitors arrive, ensuring they are greeted and guided through the office smoothly.
- Support in-person meeting coordination with the Office Manager, Facilities, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with personal tasks such as booking appointments and reservations, and managing light errands near the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing complex schedules and travel logistics.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on responsiveness and providing timely updates.
- Ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and think strategically about how to maximize his time.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to handle both professional and personal tasks with ease.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and other relevant software.
- Experience working in a high-security or regulated industry is a plus but not required.
