About the Role
Our fast-paced and growing team is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead key strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional programs that align with Slalom's growth objectives, operational improvements, and technology advancements.
The Program Manager will drive program execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, coordinating technical and business activities, and fostering collaboration across multiple workstreams. This is a hands-on role that requires a combination of strategic planning, project execution, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
What You'll Do
Build and lead program structures that support Slalom's strategic initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define program objectives, develop roadmaps, and secure resources
Facilitate program meetings, track decisions, risks, and action items, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
Actively manage program teams, ensuring accountability and high-quality deliverables
Manage scope, timelines, quality, and resources while driving alignment across teams
Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and influence decision-making at all levels
Support change management efforts and communications to drive adoption and engagement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through program retrospectives and lessons learned
Develop and nurture relationships across teams and functions based on trust and collaboration

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $80,000-$120,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
