How You Will Make an Impact
  • Product Development Manager will conduct in-depth reviews of published scientific research related to nutrition, health benefits, and dietary supplement ingredients, leveraging AI tools to accelerate literature review, data extraction, and analysis.
  • Use analysis tools to identify emerging trends, interpret complex research, and uncover consumer insights that support product development and innovation.
  • Product Development Manager will summarize and interpret scientific findings to support product development and identify innovative opportunities.
  • Assist in drafting scientific content, including technical summaries/reports and product claims substantiation.
  • Product Development Manager will stay current with emerging studies, trends, and regulatory guidelines within the dietary supplement industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge marketing objectives with rigorous scientific research to translate into product development proposals.
  • Product Development Manager will ensure research methodologies are rigorous, unbiased, and support our exacting standards for quality and efficacy.
  • Manage product labeling, including Supplement and Nutrition Facts, with expertise in FDA labeling regulations and compliance.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree (required) in life sciences field, preferably Human Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the dietary supplement industry, with direct experience in ingredient and life sciences research, product development, and formulation chemistry.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret scientific literature and data, including familiarity with AI research tools.
  • Experience with scientific databases, online research tools, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex research into clear, actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, with a genuine passion for nutritional products and health science.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intense curiosity and eagerness to explore new concepts and discoveries in the field of nutrition.
