JOB SUMMARY:

The Physician Recruiting Director, under the direction of the SVP of Physician Affairs, is responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training the recruiting team, as well as overseeing the company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures. This role includes coordinating the work of the recruiting team, developing innovative strategies for talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate the work of the recruiting team to ensure that processes and procedures are consistent, and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process and life cycle, including but not limited to the creation of the job description, accurate job postings, the interviewing process, the screening process, and the set up of first day for new employees.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify future talent needs, understand recruiting pain points, and ensures achievement of staffing goals.
  • Develop innovative and proactive recruiting strategies to source candidates, and build/engage talent pools.
  • Serve as an expert managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), provide support and training to supervisors and managers when necessary, and manage the flow of candidates.
  • Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and the recruiting team regarding hiring and employment data.
  • Develop college recruiting programs, participate in employment events, and develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Provide training, coaching, and routine feedback regarding the performance of the recruiting team.
  • Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates across all locations in the company.
  • Supervise the internal transfer process, including optimizing internal postings, standardizing screenings, and ensuring an efficient offer letter process.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, standards, or regulations.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
  • Become familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Five to seven years of prior job-related experience required.
  • Recruiting and leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge of ADP Recruiting Management is preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Must be able to accommodate on-site and/or hybrid work schedules.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment law/regulations and general principles and practices of human resources required.
