The contract information is as follows: Two (2) Year Limited Contract, 213 days per year with a salary from $98,261 to $111,103 plus applicable longevity and training credit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Oversees the general operation of the building. Provides leadership to achieve the district's written, implemented, and assessed curricula and mandated proficiencies. Participates as an active member of the district's management team. Helps develop and implement the district's continuous improvement plan. Monitors staff performance (e.g., observations, review of lesson plans, individual conferences, staff meetings, etc.). Maintains high standards for student conduct. Enforces the student conduct code. Establishes management goals. Helps resolve problems. Sustains progress and maintains effective staff communications. Maintains effective relationships with community services.
