Description
Apple's Corporate Law Group is seeking a Senior Legal Manager, Corporate Governance and Securities, to lead a team of attorneys supporting Apple's public company compliance.
You will advise on corporate governance matters, including supporting the company's board of directors, shareholders, and management. You will oversee compliance with US securities laws, including SEC reporting, preparation of the company's proxy statement, and other public disclosures. You will provide strategic advice on emerging US public company trends and issues, and you will oversee implementation of Apple's human rights policy.
You will lead and mentor a highly skilled team of senior lawyers, promoting the Legal department's culture of high-performance and collaboration. You will work closely with incredible colleagues across the company, including providing legal support for Apple's Investor Relations, Accounting, and Treasury teams, among others.
You will have opportunities to engage with the senior leadership of the company and represent the company in front of our shareholders and other stakeholders.
