Description:

The Sales Reporting Manager leads the creation, maintenance, and delivery of standard sales and in-store execution reports, tracking in-market performance for Red Bull, its distribution partners, and retailers. This role ensures timely, accurate reporting while providing actionable insights to drive business growth. In addition to designing, developing, and producing standard reports, the manager spearheads various ad-hoc, cross-functional strategic sales projects and ensures full reporting adoption and sustainability. This position is pivotal and highly visible to Senior Leadership across the organization.

  • REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
  • Standard Reporting: Oversee the publication of daily, weekly, and monthly sales scorecards, with a primary focus on depletions (sales to retailers) and in-store execution in relation to the business plan, forecasts, and other benchmarks.
    Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, senior sales and finance leaders to provide actionable insights on channel strategies, distributor management, and retailer performance.
    Advance Analytics: Lead the delivery of clear, concise insights for key performance indicators (KPIs), serving as the champion for data-driven decision-making.
    Special Projects: Manage ad-hoc analytics projects centered on portfolio performance, distributor effectiveness, and retailer success. Execution - develop exceptional reporting to enable quick in-market action plans.
    Sustainability: Leveraging cloud-based solutions to enhance data sustainability, automate reporting, establish robust reporting subscriptions, and strengthen data security.
    TOOLS AND PROCESSES

    Process Improvement: Collaborate with Red Bull HQ, Business analytics, IT, Capabilities, and sales teams on global reporting projects, including system testing, integration, and process enhancement initiatives, Including change management.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data and analytics, finance, and sales teams to drive both strategic and tactical business initiatives, delivering clear and concise insights through data visualization and robust UI/UX designs.
    Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data harmonization across departments and disparate systems, identifying opportunities to integrate more robust metrics with internal and syndicated data for deeper insights and actionable outcomes.
    Systems Optimization: Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the current reporting infrastructure and utilization of new technologies and methodologies.


EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Consumer Products Industry.
  • Independent - Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight and hands on mentality is an absolute must.
  • Business acumen - Flawless attention to detail while maintaining a broader business perspective.
  • Quantitative - comfortable handling, organizing, and interpreting large data sets.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to interact with all levels of management and persuasively present to key stakeholders.
  • Cloud-Based platforms - Experience with cloud-based systems, (S3, Snowflake) including implementation, management, and optimization, is preferred.
  • Programing Languages - solid understanding on common programing languages (SQL, Phyton, DAX, M, VB), is preferred.
  • Proficiency in business Intelligence tools, data visualization and experience in UX/UI design is preferred.
  • SAP-BW experience preferred (SAP-BW project work and SAP-BW end user).
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Travel 20-30%
