Position Summary:

FOH Europe B.V is seeking a Sales Director to lead the FOH EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing regional strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets. The Sales Director supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to strategic growth in new and existing business and Rep partnerships.

Additional Information:

  • This is a Full-Time salaried position + bonus
  • An ideal candidate preferrably resides Netherlands or be able to work in the Netherlands
  • Travel Requirements include 50-60% overnight travel. Frequent air and auto travel will be necessary to attend tradeshows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accounts


Major Duties Include:

  • Actively works with Executive Vice President in short term, long-term and annual strategic planning and goal setting for the region Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget consistently
  • Develops strategies to manage FOH EMEA sales team and key dealers to reach sales goals
  • Recommends and reviews dealer specific programs, corporate contracts and Sales Rep contracts
  • Enforces BTI and CRM tools to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities
  • Identifies new segments and new areas of opportunity
  • Conducts research and analysis of global competitors' pricing and products. Shares insights with Sr. Leadership.
  • Ensures sales reps and dealers' community are trained on FOH product, brand and solutions
  • Prepares annual budgets with detailed, measurable strategies and corresponding KPIs.
  • Produces monthly forecasts by the 7th day of each month for the next 3 months.
  • Orchestrates the team's simultaneous large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills and leadership skills
  • Leads and creates inter-departmental and sister-entity partnerships for strategic organizational growth
  • Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans
  • Prepares insightful monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls by the region which includes reporting on the performance of key business partners with corporate contracts.
  • Actively participates in planning of trade shows, regional and dealer trade shows as well as attend these shows as needed
  • Collaborates with the Cremar (Creative and Marketing) department on campaigns and promotional material
  • Trains and develops FOH EMEA sales team on presenting and analyzing sound business proposals to maximize ROI
  • Balances both the results and culture success of the team by effectively interviewing, selecting, onboarding and training new team members
  • Provides training, coaching and inspiration to impact team member development and attainment of quarterly and annual goals
  • Uncovers people and process opportunities, crafts solutions, and champions the implementation
  • Maintains records of core team members' achievements, productivity development opportunities to prepare and deliver on-time IDPs and annual reviews and ensures their team leaders are trained in these same processes
  • Processes and approves accurate and timely payroll for core team members
  • Appreciates the relationship between recognition, reinforcement, and result
  • Consistently engages in divisional SWOT analyses for future needs identification
  • Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested
  • Promotes our FOH Culture through action and leadership


Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in sales experience in sales related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industry
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in international leadership/ managerial role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
  • Knowledge in ERP systems, SAP Business One
