Support assigned categories/brands in executing brand strategies, activation plans/budgets, and new business development (NBD) initiatives and projects. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, DCOE, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies, trade partners, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Support assigned categories/brands in executing brand strategies, activation plans/budgets, and new business development (NBD) initiatives and projects. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, DCOE, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies, trade partners, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.
- Support execution of strategic plans, annual marketing plans, activations, and budgets for assigned categories/brands to reach sales and profit objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to grow assigned categories/brands into a profitable consumer business aligned with company goals. Track progress against annual program plans, volume, profit objectives, and KPIs while ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Assist in developing and executing New Business Development (NBD) opportunities that drive growth for assigned categories/brands. Guide NBD projects through internal cross-functional teams and processes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Support agency management efforts in delivering creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotions, public relations, and media strategies for assigned categories/brands, NBD projects, and programs.
- Prioritize time and resources on most critical to achieving objectives. Utilize data tools to measure and analyze progress and assist in creating action plans to address performance gaps.
- Establish well-organized priorities for project management. Ensure team members understand their roles, provide updates, and successfully complete priorities. Facilitate progress tracking and utilize the Project Planning system to inform stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of strategic brand planning, new initiatives, and special projects for assigned categories/brands.
- Develop and follow an action plan to gain necessary skills, experiences, and results to meet career goals. Use the CDS system to guide and document progress.
- Utilize the PDS system and available resources to identify areas for continuous self-improvement. Dedicate time regularly to skill development as outlined in the Development Plan.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of relevant brand marketing experience and design
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in computer systems with a high level of comfort using technology
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Experience in implementation or project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG sector
- Budgeting, planning, and financial analysis experience
- Experience in New Business Development
- Experience managing an Advertising Agency
