Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI). This team drives the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities, with a vision for the future of online shopping, especially relating to those special moments throughout the year when we unveil our latest products. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.

We are a high performing team supporting Apple's strategic initiatives and representing the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences
- Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to NPI, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility
- Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities
- Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
