We have a new and exciting opportunity to hire an experienced Senior HR Business Partner and be located at our Parsippany, NJ Creative Center. s Sr. HRBP, you will be accountable for aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and driving critical HR functions. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize workforce effectiveness, enhance organizational performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This role demands a deep understanding of strategic HR management, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The role will also be the Talent Management lead for the NOAM performance and succession management process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to execute HR strategies that drive business growth, performance, and operational efficiency. Assist in initiatives in workforce planning and talent development.
- Employee Relations & Organizational Health: Act as a senior advisor on employee relations matters, providing guidance on complex issues while ensuring that policies are implemented fairly and consistently across all levels of the organization. Foster a positive work environment and mitigate risks related to employee engagement, conflicts, and labor relations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure organizational adherence to employment laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Proactively assess risks and lead efforts to mitigate potential HR-related legal and operational issues within the manufacturing environment.
- Performance Management Strategy & Execution
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the company's performance management framework.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture.
- Ensure the timely and efficient rollout of performance management tools and processes across the organization.
- Manage the performance review cycle, including communication, calibration, and ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations across departments.
- Training Rollout & Execution
- Oversee the rollout and execution of performance management training programs that have been developed for managers and employees.
- Ensure training materials and sessions are effectively implemented, promoting understanding and engagement with the performance management process.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team or external providers to ensure training is delivered consistently and to the highest standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through feedback and performance data, providing recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
- Succession Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and maintain a comprehensive succession planning strategy that aligns with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Identify high-potential talent and key leadership roles for succession and ensure robust development plans are in place to prepare individuals for future opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of succession programs, ensuring that high-potential employees are given the support and opportunities they need to grow.
- Talent Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to align talent and performance strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and manage key performance metrics to track the success of performance and talent management programs.
- Advise senior management on best practices, trends, and innovations in talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Utilize performance and talent management data to provide actionable insights that inform talent decisions and support organizational growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance management, training outcomes, and succession planning effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the organization. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and implement tailored solutions to increase employee retention, morale, and productivity.
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits teams to develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that align with business goals, ensure internal equity, and attract/retain top talent. Provide strategic recommendations related to salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Health, Safety, & Well-being: Partner with Health & Safety teams to create and maintain a culture of safety that meets regulatory standards and ensures the well-being of all employees. Oversee the implementation of safety programs and training, driving continuous improvement in workplace health and safety.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Leverage advanced HR analytics to assess workforce trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Continuously review and improve HR metrics and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic business partner role, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused environment.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, HR best practices, and manufacturing-specific challenges.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals and drive tangible results.
- Strong track record of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change through HR initiatives.
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and labor relations, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging data and HR systems to drive decision-making and improve organizational performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational effectiveness.
