Litigation Defense Associate - Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P.C.

Location: Center City, Philadelphia

Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P.C., a distinguished 30-attorney law firm with over 50 years of excellence in client service, is seeking a Litigation Defense Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Center City, Philadelphia. We are a recognized leader in the defense bar, providing a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment for our attorneys.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of litigation defense experience, with the ability to handle all aspects of a pre-trial caseload.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (New York and Florida Bar admission a plus).
• Strong knowledge of PA, NJ, and Federal Court rules, as well as PA county court practices and civil filing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), legal research tools (Westlaw or similar), and document management systems (iManage or similar).
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a high-volume practice.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal issues effectively to both attorneys and clients.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and legal events in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Education & Credentials:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admission
