Job Description
Although the primary focus of this position will be on health law including regulatory compliance, contractual matters, medical staff issues, clinical and patient care issues, risk management, administrative proceedings, and policy development, responsibilities will also include providing legal advice in the other areas including corporate and general business matters, and other areas of law as needs may arise.

Education, Licensing and Experience Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, member in good standing with the S.C. Bar Association, and five (5) or more years of health law or compliance experience, preferably including transactional or litigation experience.
