Our innovative programs provide real estate solutions, financial assistance, and concierge services to make the process seamless and stress-free.
We are expanding our team and looking for compassionate, driven, and relationship-focused professionals to join us as Downsizing Specialist Advisors (DSA). This is NOT a traditional real estate sales role-it is a salary-based plus bonus, relationship-driven position where your expertise and ability to build and nurture referral partnerships will drive your success. At plan with bonus' this position is not only fulfilling yet profitable with the ability to earn well over six figures while serving an underserved population.
Responsibilities
Build High-Value Referral Relationships
Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies exclusive programs
Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress
Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination
Convert leads into real estate transactions
Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients.
Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals
Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
Qualifications
Previous sales experience with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
Previous customer service experience is highly desired
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred
Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
