Job Description
Job Summary: The Director, Tirabrutinib Brand Lead, will drive OPUS' marketing and brand strategy, develop and manage brand and launch plans for the US market, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute brand strategy and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute US marketing strategy, including brand strategy plans, launch plans, and key sales messages
- Manage brand performance, budget, and engagement with external partners
- Work within corporate and industry compliance guidelines and support process improvement
- Develop an omni-channel engagement strategy and innovative digital tactics
- Hire, retain, and mentor high-performing teams
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership
- Expected business travel: 20%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business or life science
- 10+ years' experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or commercial development in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
- US marketing and launch experience required; oncology brand experience preferred
- MBA or Graduate degree in Life Science preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Veeva CRM1.
