Description:

  • Support Strategic Planning: Assist in collaborating with the Corporate Strategy and Senior Leadership on key strategic activities such as strategic plan creation, monitoring, and communication efforts.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that can inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor Strategic Initiatives: Support the execution of key strategic initiatives by tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
  • Governance and Compliance: Help establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and standards for program and project management across the organization.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Provide analytical support in the portfolio management process, assisting in the prioritization and resource allocation for programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on project performance, creating regular reports and dashboards to track the status, outcomes, and performance of strategic programs and projects.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Assist program and project managers in identifying, documenting, and escalating risks, issues, and changes within strategic programs and projects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and project sponsors, to ensure alignment on expectations and progress updates.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing project and program management practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Corporate Strategy & PMO to provide analytical insights and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that strategic objectives are met.


Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or Computer Science)
  • Minimum Job Experience: 3-5 years in financial services industry or in a corporate strategy role
  • Language requirements: English
  • Computer/software skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Required:
  • Highly analytical with the ability to define problems, collect data, and articulate findings and recommendations
  • Strong quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling and/or data analytics
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written
  • Ability to quickly learn, apply and work with various core and auxiliary banking solutions and user interfaces


The salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00/annually - $100,000.00/annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
