The General Manager of the RTIC Custom Shop is responsible for both the sales and operations within the Custom Shop business unit. This person will drive the strategy and execution for business development efforts to grow the business, while also ensuring that the operations of the business successfully deliver for customers in a cost effective way. They will work closely with other business units and departments in order to design and build the necessary tools, processes, and systems required to achieve company objectives.

This position is on site and based out of the Katy, TX headquarters.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $230,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Identify targets and ensure sales team execution to win new opportunities and grow the business.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- System Development: Envision and build tools, systems, and processes to enable further cost-efficient scaling of the business.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the business's performance and drive improvements.
