Job Description:

- Provide specialized nursing care in the cardiac and thoracic operating room.
- Assist the surgical team during operations focused on cardiac or thoracic procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and environments during surgeries.
- Monitor patient's vital statistics and ensure overall safety.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical and nursing teams.
- Prepare and equip the operating room with necessary tools and supplies.
- Offer post-operative care and support to patients and their families.
- Follow hospital protocols and procedures for patient care and safety.

This position requires a dedicated and experienced RN who is committed to excellence in patient care within the cardiac/thoracic surgery specialty. Ideal candidates will possess a significant understanding of operating room protocols and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
