WHAT WE'RE DOING
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced helicopters for commercial, industrial, and military uses. THE WORK
The successful candidate for this position will:
Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations team, including preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of labor relations activities.
Assist with the preparation and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, including researching and analyzing data, and drafting contract language.
Coordinate and facilitate labor relations meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (including HR and Operations), employees, and union leadership (where applicable), providing information and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and company policies, including investigating and resolving grievances and complaints.
Analyze and interpret labor relations data and provide recommendations for process improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with other HR teams, including Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation, to ensure consistency and alignment of labor relations practices.
Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance and recommendations to the Labor Relations team and other stakeholders.
Provide tactical HR / LR support, in connection with the area HRBP / Labor Relations lead to hourly employees on off-shifts.
Coach and train leaders on how to effectively manage employees both represented and non-represented.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: This position will work a non-traditional schedule and must be flexible.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience handling proprietary and confidential material appropriately.
Experience planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks and priorities to achieve objectives.
Experience presenting and communicating with employees at all levels across the organization.
Ability to foster change and promote and implement improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
