Job Summary
  • Working knowledge of NC Machines, lasers, CAD,Tool Design and MBD
  • Communicate with shop personnel to assist withproper tool usage and manufacturing procedures with special focus on 5-axislaser scriber
  • Develop up-frontmanufacturing plans, conceptual tool designs, and cost estimating
  • Define and implement solutions to improvemanufacturing efficiency
  • Develop reports, presentations, RCCA's andrework instructions
  • Provide a strongtechnical interface with customers and vendors
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned including leadingprojects and participation in project committees


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Team leader
  • Working knowledge of 5-axis NC machines and set-ups
  • Critical thinking skills and good decision-making thought processes
  • Proficient in all Microsoft and Outlook programs; highly proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills including the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate among all levelswithin the organization

Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in in Engineering or Technical Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Base Compensation: USD 72,000.00 - 101,368.00 Paid Salaried
