The Opportunity

VistaVu is looking for an experienced SAP OCM & Project Manager to lead the delivery of OCM and play a vital role in project delivery by managing project plans, budget, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, issues/impacts, and updating stakeholders on project progress from initiation to closure.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver Organizational Change Management on projects that require either 1 day workshops or continuous Project OCM planning and monitoring.
  • Continuously refine and improvement tools and templates to be used for OCM.
  • Project Planning and setup.

o Create and maintain project plan incorporating changes/shift in priorities

o Scheduling consulting and technical resources.
  • Ensure internal resources and clients understand/agree the scope, assumptions, resources and schedule for delivery.
  • Manage project Budgets: Budget to Actuals including forecasting.
  • Review and approval of project time postings
  • Submission of project invoice requests to facilitate accurate weekly/monthly billing.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly project status updates to the Project Plan along with communication to the client.
  • Conducting regular meetings with internal team members to ensure understanding and achievement of project deliverables (Lead meetings, develop an agenda, prioritize, follow up on action items).
  • Identifying issues and, risks and impacts to the project scope developing a risk management plan to include mitigation.,
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology and repeatable delivery process.


What experience do you need?
  • 8+ years of SAP Project Management experience managing mid to large scale projects.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud projects/implementations (Private or Public) would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and work on a hybrid in office model (if based in Calgary).
  • Good change management experience
  • Bachelor's degree within a technical discipline or related field
  • PMP certification is a requirement.
  • Prosci certification or other change management certification equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including MS Project;
  • Have a relentless pursuit of process delivery improvement.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external delivery customers in a concise manner.
