POSITION SUMMARY:
Plan, direct, and administer all human resource functions for the District including employee recruitment, staffing, compensation and employee benefit programs, labor relations activities, staff development programs, and personnel record systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in Educational Administration or the equivalent. Oregon Professional Administrator License highly recommended.
• Five (5) years of progressive responsibility in staffing and hiring, contract negotiations and contract management, development of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures preferred.
• Highly successful school administrative experience or other qualifications the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
• pHCLE or other Human Resources certifications preferred; or the ability to attain Human Resources certifications.
• Skill in staff professional development assessment, strategies and methodologies.
• Strong understanding and history of establishing effective and harmonious relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
• Ability to provide direction to others and to make independent judgments.
• Such alternatives to the qualifications as the Board and Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
