Senior Associate Relationship Manager

(Atlanta)

Balentine is seeking a Senior Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) who will work closely with our super-ensemble Relationship Management team. In this role, the Senior ARM will support and collaborate with the firm's Relationship Managers to provide a first-class experience to both existing and prospective clients. The Senior ARM will have direct client responsibility and will need to be able to maintain and cultivate strong networks with various functional teams within the firm and in the existing and prospective client spheres of influence.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the field of investment management and is a self-starter with both a proactive mentality and a growth mindset. The candidate should be highly professional and should possess excellent communication skills. There is an opportunity to thrive either within the ARM role or on a defined trajectory to becoming a Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

The ultimate goals of this position are for the Senior Associate Relationship Manager to assume comprehensive management of the day-to-day needs of the firm's clients and assist with client retention goals.

The success of the role is demonstrated by the ability to complete the following:

Client and Prospect Meetings
Lead and manage the preparation for all client meetings.
Attend client meetings, prepare meeting summaries, and oversee follow-up correspondence and next steps for clients.
Initiate pre-meeting huddles for client and prospect meetings, including collaboration with members of other teams within firm.
Perform and supervise data entry for eMoney financial plans for prospects and clients.
Collaborate with the Administrative Associate, Reporting Team, and IST Portfolio Analyst to review and verify client performance reports.
Supervise and update eMoney balance sheets and other client information forms.

Day-to-Day and Project Management
Serve as the liaison between the Relationship Manager, Relationship Analyst(s), Relationship Associate(s), and Administrative Associate(s) in connection with the daily management of clients.
Participate in the peer review process for client trades using RedBlack and NetX360 (Pershing's custodial platform).
Collaborate with the Administrative Associate to track incoming revenue using Salesforce, and gather and present team revenue metrics for the firm.
Lead team projects, such as quarterly tax estimate distributions and the exchange of tax documents.
Serve as point of contact for the Atlanta Wealth Management team during the rollout of firmwide programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years similar experience

o Including client-facing experience
Willingness to achieve CFP or other industry certification
Technologically savvy and proficient

o Superior Excel skills

o Proficiency with eMoney, Addepar, RedBlack, Box, Salesforce, and NetX360 strongly preferred; experience with similar program types required
