This individual will leverage their expertise in data analytics, CRM platforms, pricing, and client-focused solutions to enable better outcomes for the sales team and our enterprise clients.

Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Commercial Sales Pipeline Planning:
- Develop and manage strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to prioritize and forecast pipeline activities.
- CRM Reporting Support and Development:
- Design and maintain CRM workflows and reports to track sales progress and performance.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on CRM data.
- Commercial Services Pricing Support:
- Develop pricing models and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Support pricing negotiations to ensure competitive and profitable solutions.
- Data and BI Analyst Support for Clients:
- Deliver actionable business intelligence and data insights to support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with analysts to develop client-focused dashboards and reporting tools.
- Client Sales Presentations:
- Create compelling, data-driven presentations to support client engagement and proposals.
- Actively participate in client meetings and pitch presentations.
- Enterprise Solution Support:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions for large global clients.
- Provide expertise on the full real estate lifecycle to align solutions with client objectives.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with CRM platforms; experience with Monday CRM is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the full real estate lifecycle, including: leasing, transactions, facilities management, workplace and project management from the corporate occupier side.
- Demonstrated experience working with large global clients and managing complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 annually
