Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor CRNA team
- Oversee scheduling and operations
- Drive anesthesia protocol development and patient safety initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $300,000/year (base salary + bonuses + sign-on bonus)
- Leadership Stipend: $10,000/year
- Full Health Coverage + Company-paid benefits
- Malpractice: Tail coverage included
