Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Ensure a positive customer experience to drive retention and satisfaction
- Educate key customers on our range of offerings
- Introduce current customers to additional products and services, ensuring they fully benefit from our complete suite of solutions
- Develop long-term strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Collaborate across teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of how our unique offerings serve our customers' needs
Qualifications:

- Experience in consultative sales
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to connect with individuals at various organizational levels
- Knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry
- Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven personality

Ideal Candidate:
- Sales experience with senior leaders, including C-suite executives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of closing large deals
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Local to the Blue Bell office area
