Senior HR Business Partner (Mandarin Speaking)

We are hiring for one of the top-tier blockchain companies. They are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in the US (Timezone: PST).

In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Lead the HR functions across HRBP, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Review, Learning & Development etc.
• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and culture development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 5 years' experience in relevant roles ideally from Crypto/ FinTech companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
