Z SUPPLY is seeking an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Senior Merchandise Manager to join our growing ecommerce team. We're looking for someone who has a big picture mentality, a positive attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile to create a best-in-class site experience for our customer. This position will be responsible for site analytics, product launching, product maintenance, page merchandising, site content, personalization and supporting the ecommerce team with ongoing projects and initiatives. This position will lead and mentor over 2 site merchandisers. The ideal candidate is creative, consumer-centric, can lead a team and knows how to leverage data to drive results.

  • Hybrid Schedule - 3-4 Days In Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the on-site merchandising strategy, including optimizing navigation, collection pages, homepage content, search, and upselling strategies.
  • Analyze daily sales and website performance data to understand the effects of site changes on user behavior and sales. Take swift action to improve KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer frequency.
  • Partner with the analytics team to enhance the quality and accessibility of site performance insights.
  • Proactively partner with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Copy and Product teams to ensure timely product uploads and a compelling on-site experience for all product & collection launches. Own the execution of these launches on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designer, CRO, data analyst and web development team to ideate, QA and deploy new features or tools aimed at boosting product sales.
  • Key contributor of campaign email/sms strategy. Ensure cohesion with site experience.
  • Lead re-shoot needs and follow-ups to ensure the site is consistently up to brand standards.
  • Recommends & executes both proactive and reactive solutions, including return rate reduction initiatives.
  • Own oversight of product accuracy onsite (imagery and copy). Conduct daily site audits, analysis and ensure an on-brand experience throughout.
  • Lead ecommerce and marketing team promotional asset briefing & follow-ups, including but not limited to, site experience, paid ads, emails.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in ecommerce merchandising, personalization, Shopify and analytics.
  • Partner with VP of Ecommerce to build and execute a comprehensive website personalization strategy. Establish personalization touchpoints throughout the customer journey, in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Internal personalization expert.
  • Assist with planning the ecommerce assortment & marketing go-to-market by providing key customer insights, creating seasonal style out decks, and hindsight reporting.
  • Optimize search terms to regularly and improve search capability to reflect the latest product initiatives and trends in customer queries.
  • Advocates for customer needs across all touch points and key milestone meetings.
  • Manage and support team of 2 site merchandisers.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • 5-8+ years of ecommerce merchandising experience in the fashion industry or similar.
  • Shopify and project management systems experience a must.
  • Dynamic Yield (or other personalization platform) & Klaviyo experience strongly preferred.
  • Full Circle, Asana, Yotpo and Google Analytics experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Slides.
  • Creative lead with strong merchandising skills and eye for product.
  • Strategic thinker and strong problem solver.
  • Excellent team player and manager, with the ability to build, foster and nurture a strong team and cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, organized, detail oriented.
  • Holds self-accountable for mistakes and is solution oriented.
  • Able to manage and deliver on competing and/or multiple priorities, demonstrating change agility and the ability to multitask.
  • Other tasks as needed.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is currently operating as 3-4 days in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or at home office. Frequent use of hands, eyes, speech utilizing computer and work-related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity.

Position Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
