Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop tactical plans to execute the overall Quality Strategy and meet organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain Quality Requirements documents as a central source for quality standards across operations and functions for manufactured products.
  • Oversee quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
  • Clarify organizational structure and role descriptions, including signing authority for policy dissemination.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Oversee supplier quality management programs, conduct audits, and validate suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
  • Ensure all products meet industry specifications by monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and reduce quality deviations.
  • Apply excellent project management skills to define scope, schedules, and resources for consistent quality delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on quality metrics, compliance, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • 7-10 years of experience in quality management roles, with significant experience in food or consumer goods industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Ability to lead and manage both onshore and offshore teams.
  • End-to-end process understanding.
