Purpose
The Program Director is responsible for the overall delivery of CZV second Hypercar. Leading within the cross-functional product management domain, the PL will plan, schedule, monitor and control the program as we progress through our rapid development lifecycle. The primary responsibilities of the PL are the upfront planning of the complete program and its derivatives, breaking down the key deliverables into 3-month sprints to guarantee class leading agility in vehicle program development.

The Role
- Overall program management - developing the key deliverables for the program with the cross functional team and building a plan that delivers to time, cost and quality.
- Ownership of the program management deliverables.
- Schedule development and adherence - focusing on leading sprints between gateways (3 months).
- Risk management - assessing and mitigating program risks.
- Target balancing - decomposing high level targets into system level targets to enable development to cost, time and quality.
- Budget and cost control (with support of financial controller).
- Cross-functional leadership.
- Program reporting to board level.
- Change management - both scope and cost, employing expert support from the configuration and change management team.
- Problem solving - a controlled response to issues to maintain key program milestones.
- A bachelor's degree in an Engineering field is essential
- Project management skills are crucial with experience in a project management role within an automotive OEM
- Experience within the cross functional product management domain through the entire lifecycle of a vehicle program
- Experience leading people, inspiring energy and optimism for delivery
